A warrior’s spirit.
A leader’s responsibility.

Develop the whole person—and put that development to work for others.

Illustrated progression from a Roman legionnaire to a knight, a revolutionary-era soldier, a modern soldier, and a businesswoman
A visual progression of the warrior spirit across eras and into modern leadership.

The spirit evolves

Different eras.
Same challenges.

Courage, discipline, and resolve can serve more than a battlefield. They can guide how we lead, work, and care for others.

The figures above form a symbolic progression. At Triarii the warrior spirit means the courage to face difficulty, the discipline to govern yourself, and the judgment to use your ability responsibly.

The Triarii spirit

Strength guided
by character.

The Roman legionnaire evokes resolve, readiness, and responsibility. Those qualities gain their purpose through the choices a person makes. In early Roman legions the Triarii were the third line in formation composed of the most experienced veterans.

Triarii Judo focuses on military veterans, first responders and their dependents. We prepare soldiers and responders to deploy. Therefore, we ascribe to the old judo rules and limit sport techniques. However,  all are welcome if you can access the base.
